The people
You will see the same clinician from the consultation to the review.
No rotating associates and no hand-offs mid-case. If Dr Brant designs your veneers, Dr Brant prepares and fits them.

Principal dentist
Dr Nadia Brant, DDS
Nadia trained in restorative dentistry and spent eight years in a high-volume group practice before opening Enamel Studio. The experience shaped how she works now: fewer patients, longer appointments, and a design phase that has to be approved in the mouth before a bur touches a tooth.
She takes the practice’s veneer and full-mouth rehabilitation cases, and she is the person who will most often tell a patient that the treatment they came in asking for is not the one they need.
Responsible for
- Veneers and smile design
- Full-mouth rehabilitation
- Occlusion and bite analysis

Implant and surgical dentistry
Dr Theo Marchetti, DMD
Theo completed a three-year implant residency and has placed fixtures for fifteen years. He plans every case on CBCT against the planned restoration, and prints a surgical guide for all but the simplest sites.
He is deliberate about who he does not treat: uncontrolled periodontal disease, heavy smoking without a cessation plan, and any site where the imaging does not support the plan get a different answer.
Responsible for
- Single and multiple implants
- Bone grafting and sinus lifts
- Guided surgical planning

Lead hygienist
Maren Osei, RDH
Maren runs the periodontal programme. Every new patient is charted at six sites per tooth, and every course of treatment is re-charted at re-evaluation so the response can be measured rather than assumed.
She also runs the practice’s whitening reviews, which in Scottsdale usually begin with the observation that the staining is on the surface and a hygiene visit will do more than any gel.
Responsible for
- Periodontal charting and therapy
- Maintenance programmes
- Whitening supervision

Treatment coordinator
Joanne Reyes
Joanne is the person you speak to about money, sequencing and time off work. Every plan leaves the practice as a written document with itemised fees, the number of visits, and the alternatives that were discussed — including doing nothing.
She manages the membership plan and the third-party financing applications, and she will tell you when a plan can reasonably be staged across two tax years.
Responsible for
- Written treatment plans
- Membership and financing
- Scheduling long appointments

The things we send elsewhere.
A four-person practice cannot be a specialist in everything, and pretending otherwise is how patients end up having complex work done by whoever happened to be available. Complex orthodontics goes to an orthodontist. Deep periodontal cases that do not respond to non-surgical therapy go to a periodontist. Root canal treatment on a difficult molar goes to an endodontist. IV sedation goes to a dentist anaesthetist. Children under about seven, and any child needing behavioural management, go to a paediatric specialist.
We keep the relationship and the records, and we see you back afterwards.
